At NEMO Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label on top.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
